	1 Day Express Service Most Magrabi Optical stores are equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories capable of producing 80% of all prescription lenses within 24 hours (subject to stock level). Some specialized orders may require additional time.
	Contact Lens Fitting and Training Magrabi Optical provides contact lens fitting and training* in a relaxing environment that follows European and US standards, where both new and experienced contact lens wearers can try on lenses and practice applying/removing them with the assistance of a trained eye care professional. *Not available in all countries.
	Free After-Sales Maintenance Magrabi Optical provides free ultrasonic cleaning and adjustment for any frames purchased in its stores. If items such as screws, nose pads, or ear pads need replacement, this will be done free of charge. *Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
	3 Month Qualified Eye Exam Guarantee Every eye exam* completed by Magrabi Optical eye care professionals comes with a three-month guarantee. If you feel that your eyewear prescribed as a result of an exam (whether spectacles or contact lenses) is not helping you to see perfectly, then we will supply a replacement free-of-charge, if the problem is due to a prescription error. *Not available in all countries.
	2 Month Guarantee on Progressive Adaptation All of our progressive ophthalmic lenses come with a two-month adaptation guarantee when purchased at Magrabi Optical. If a customer is unable to adapt to progressive lenses in the first two months, Magrabi Optical will offer: - 1 pair of distance lenses to be fitted in the original frames free-of-charge. - 1 pair of reading lenses free-of-charge, provided that the customer purchases a pair of frames for them.
	15 Day Exchange Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sunglasses, you may exchange them* within 15 days of the purchase date at the Magrabi Optical location where they were purchased. If the new sunglasses of choice are more expensive than the ones being replaced, you will be asked to pay the price difference. However, please note that if you select a cheaper pair of sunglasses, no refund will be given. *Provided that the sunglasses are still in saleable condition and presented in original packaging with proof of purchase.
	12 Month Minimum Guarantee on Manufacturing Defects Any products purchased at Magrabi Optical that are defective due to the fault of the manufacturer will be covered by a guarantee. Magrabi Optical guarantees are valid in all Magrabi Optical stores across the region.
